Founding partner and president. He is a notary and a lawyer and regularly carries out teaching and training activities in prestigious universities and post-university institutions.

 

He is author of a broad scientific production and since 1988 he is one of the main columnists of the legal and tax section of the newspaper ‘Il Sole 24 Ore’.

 

He has held and still holds administrative and management roles in several companies, including those listed on the stock exchange. His expertise spans across the fields of trusts, family pacts, planning and protection of individual assets as well as companies and no profit organizations assets.
