For instance, trusts for vulnerable beneficiaries may require an external skilled co-protector to work alongside the designated protector of the legal owner’s family. Likewise, when a trust is set up for generational turnover purposes, it may be useful to have an external protector working together with managers and/or professionals of the Company.
