Our activity starts from the analysis of the client’s personal and financial situation, as well as of the client’s specific requirements. Through an accurate asset planning we identify all the civil and fiscal solutions suitable to satisfy the client’s needs (going from supporting the drafting of a complex will to establishing “fondi patrimoniali”, holding companies, “società semplici”, “negozi di destinazione”, foundations, trust etc.).
